Contracts Analyst

This position provides a critical function to ensure the supportability of the company’s hardware and software platforms and the continued contract and financial well-being of the company’s assets. Support and enable the renewal process for WarnerMedia globally. Assist with all active renewals to ensure timely completion of renewals. Monitor new purchases to ensure consistency and completeness of renewals. Coordinate renewals with technical, business and management contacts to ensure necessity and level of renewal Coordinate quoting pricing to include supplier negotiation. Ensure all requisition information or renewal is accurately and expeditiously captured within the Procurement system. Maintain listing of 3rd Party Contractors and Expiration dates. Coordinate extension paperwork with sourcing group.
