- Develop and implement compensation strategies and programs that align with WarnerMedia's goals and objectives.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of market trends, benchmark data, and internal data to make recommendations for competitive and fair compensation practices.
- Collaborate with HR business partners, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in compensation decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in compensation to continuously improve and enhance our programs.
- Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on compensation-related matters.
- Conduct job evaluations and participate in salary surveys to determine appropriate salary ranges for different roles.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and job classifications to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Partner with external vendors and consultants as needed to support compensation initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert on compensation matters and provide training and support to HR and management teams.
- Participate in the design and administration of bonus and incentive programs.
- Analyze and interpret compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
- Communicate compensation programs and changes to employees in a clear and effective manner.
- Collaborate with the total rewards team to ensure alignment and consistency across all compensation and benefits programs.
- Continuously evaluate and monitor the effectiveness and competitiveness of our compensation programs and make adjustments as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compensation Consulting, Preferably Within The Media/Entertainment Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Compensation And Benefits Strategies, Practices, And Trends.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Utilize Data And Metrics To Inform Compensation Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Stakeholders.
