  1. Develop and implement compensation strategies and programs that align with WarnerMedia's goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct in-depth analyses of market trends, benchmark data, and internal data to make recommendations for competitive and fair compensation practices.
  3. Collaborate with HR business partners, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in compensation decisions.
  4. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in compensation to continuously improve and enhance our programs.
  6. Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on compensation-related matters.
  7. Conduct job evaluations and participate in salary surveys to determine appropriate salary ranges for different roles.
  8. Develop and maintain job descriptions and job classifications to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  9. Partner with external vendors and consultants as needed to support compensation initiatives.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on compensation matters and provide training and support to HR and management teams.
  11. Participate in the design and administration of bonus and incentive programs.
  12. Analyze and interpret compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
  13. Communicate compensation programs and changes to employees in a clear and effective manner.
  14. Collaborate with the total rewards team to ensure alignment and consistency across all compensation and benefits programs.
  15. Continuously evaluate and monitor the effectiveness and competitiveness of our compensation programs and make adjustments as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compensation Consulting, Preferably Within The Media/Entertainment Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Compensation And Benefits Strategies, Practices, And Trends.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Utilize Data And Metrics To Inform Compensation Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Stakeholders.
