- Conduct comprehensive analysis of compensation data to ensure internal equity and competitive market positioning.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand and anticipate talent needs and develop compensation strategies to support business objectives.
- Design and implement new compensation programs and initiatives that align with company goals and attract top talent.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Develop and maintain job descriptions, salary structures, and pay bands for various roles within the organization.
- Provide expertise and guidance on compensation-related issues and inquiries from employees and managers.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior leadership regarding compensation programs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection and analysis.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement of compensation programs.
- Collaborate with HRIS team to maintain accurate and up-to-date compensation data in the HR system.
- Communicate compensation changes and updates to employees and managers and provide guidance on salary negotiations.
- Lead and participate in special compensation projects and initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards when handling sensitive compensation information.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compensation Analysis, Preferably In The Entertainment Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Compensation Practices And Principles, Including Job Evaluation, Market Analysis, And Pay Structures.
Experience With Job Evaluation Tools, Salary Surveys, And Compensation Databases.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Complex Data To Various Stakeholders.
