  1. Develop and maintain creative and engaging programming for BR Football's digital platforms.
  2. Utilize your extensive knowledge of the football industry to curate and produce high-quality content.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new features and enhancements for our digital platforms.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in football and programming to continuously improve our content and user experience.
  5. Monitor and analyze data to inform content decisions and ensure optimal performance.
  6. Work closely with the production team to create and execute programming schedules and plans.
  7. Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to secure rights and permissions for content usage.
  8. Troubleshoot technical issues related to programming and work to find solutions in a timely manner.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on all things related to football programming, providing insights and recommendations to the team.
  10. Collaborate with the social media team to promote and distribute programming across various platforms.
  11. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for content and programming strategies.
  12. Maintain a strong understanding of our target audience and their preferences, tailoring programming accordingly.
  13. Monitor and report on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform our programming decisions.
  14. Uphold the company's brand and standards in all programming efforts.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize our programming processes and workflows.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Software Development, Preferably In The Sports Or Media Industry.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, And C++.
