VP, Intellectual Property - Copyright

As a key member of the Legal team, the VP will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to protect, exploit, and monetize all aspects of Warner Bros.’ copyright portfolio.The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree (or equivalent) and extensive experience in copyright law, as well as familiarity with contracts and litigation. We are searching for a creative thinker and highly organized communicator, who is motivated by the challenges of a fast-paced entertainment environment.The VP will have an opportunity to collaborate with and provide guidance to a diverse set of stakeholders, including creative and business affairs departments, other Legal team members, and external partners, and to play a key role in the development and execution of Warner Bros.’ intellectual property strategy.
