
Manager, DEI Strategy & Inclusion
At Warner Bros., we are looking for a passionate and experienced Manager, DEI Strategy & Inclusion to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Director, DEI Strategy & Inclusion, the Manager will be an integral part of the organization, responsible for driving the development and implementation of Warner Bros.’ diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for DEI and a demonstrated track record of success in developing and executing DEI programs.The successful candidate will be a creative, detail-oriented self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong commitment to inclusion and collaboration. The Manager, DEI Strategy & Inclusion will possess a minimum of 5 years of DEI-related work experience in either a corporate or non-profit environment, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. The ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas in a clear, concise manner is essential. The Manager will also have experience working with cross-functional teams, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a dynamic leader who is passionate about DEI and excited to bring their knowledge and experience to Warner Bros.!
