Store Design Specialist

We’re looking for a Store Design Specialist to join the Warby Parker team! We’re hoping to find a passionate, detail-oriented individual with an eye for design who can help us create and maintain an exceptional shopping experience across our retail stores. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design and store development, as well as a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.The Store Design Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing store design and development plans, while managing the design process from concept to completion. This includes evaluating existing stores and recommending improvements, creating design plans and product layouts, and leading the construction of new stores.To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in interior design or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in retail store design and development, a strong understanding of the latest construction and design trends, and excellent project management skills.
