Store Design Specialist

Warby Parker is looking for a talented Store Design Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of the Store Design team, you will be responsible for helping develop, implement and maintain the Warby Parker store design standards. You will be a creative problem-solver and a master of project management, with an eye for detail, an appreciation of aesthetics, and a commitment to delivering on-brand design solutions. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about design and retail, and can bring enthusiasm and energy to their work.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, as well as at least five years of professional design experience. You should also have a passion for creative problem-solving and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Communication and organizational skills are also essential, as you will be working closely with multiple teams and stakeholders.
