Senior UX Researcher

We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join our team at Warby Parker and help us create the best customer experience possible. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will be responsible for developing and executing user research projects, analyzing user behavior, and developing insights. You will leverage your understanding of user-centered design principles to effectively identify and prioritize user needs. With your keen eye for detail and creative problem solving, you'll help us create the best customer experience.To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years' experience in a user experience research role with a track record of success in driving product decisions. You should also have a Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of UX research methods and tools, including techniques such as usability testing, contextual inquiry, surveys, interviews, and focus groups. Finally, you should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to distill complex research into meaningful, actionable insights.
