At Warby Parker, we're looking for a passionate, highly experienced Senior UX Researcher to join our team. In this role, you'll be a key player in our mission to create a delightful digital experience for our customers.We're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, creative, and driven, with a desire to stay abreast of the latest research trends. Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a UX researcher, a deep understanding of the user experience research process, and the ability to identify user needs and insights from research data. You should also be comfortable leading user research projects from start to finish, and working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.If you're excited about this position and think you have what it takes, we'd love to hear from you.
