At Warby Parker, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior UX Researcher to join our team and help shape the future of our products. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will be an integral part of our design process, working with stakeholders across the organization to identify user needs and build user-centered experiences.We are looking for a creative problem solver and strategic thinker who is comfortable advocating for user needs in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of UX research best practices, usability testing, and data analysis.If you are an empathetic and analytical thinker who is excited to create meaningful experiences for our customers and help us grow as a company, we would love to hear from you!
