At Warby Parker, we are looking for an experienced Senior UX Researcher to join our team. As the Senior UX Researcher, you will be responsible for leading user experience research initiatives, developing insight-driven strategies, and working collaboratively to inform product design and development.The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in UX research, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and a desire to make an impact on our products and our customers. The ideal candidate will also have a Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, 5+ years of UX research experience, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.If you are an innovative thinker with a passion for UX research and a desire to make an impact on Warby Parker’s products and our customers, then we want to hear from you!
