Job Description

As a Senior UX Researcher at Warby Parker, you'll be an integral part of our team, responsible for helping us understand how our customers interact with our products. We're looking for a talented individual who is highly organized and has a passion for understanding the customer experience. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in user research, experience with quantitative and qualitative research, and a deep understanding of UX principles. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
