Senior UX Researcher

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior UX Researcher to join the Warby Parker team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for uncovering customer insights, an ability to think both strategically and tactically, and a knack for collaboration. In this role, you will be responsible for driving research initiatives that inform product design and development, customer experience, and marketing efforts.To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in a user research-related role, a strong understanding of user-centered design processes, and excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. You should also have a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to drive key insights. A passion for Warby Parker’s mission and culture is a must.
