Senior UX Researcher

We are looking for a passionate and collaborative Senior UX Researcher to join Warby Parker's Design team. Our ideal candidate has an eye for detail, is a creative problem solver, and is energized by working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.The Senior UX Researcher will have the opportunity to create and drive the user experience research strategy across the company. As a strategic partner, the Senior UX Researcher will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and presenting actionable insights to support product and service initiatives. This position is based in our New York City office.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a minimum of 5 years of UX research experience, including experience in usability testing, field studies, surveys, and other research methodologies. You should have strong analytical and critical thinking skills and be comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
