3. Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the store, greeting customers and making them feel comfortable and valued.
4. Actively seek out opportunities to engage with customers and build relationships, in order to increase sales and customer loyalty.
5. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and styles in eyewear, and use this knowledge to assist customers in finding the perfect frames.
6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card payments, and maintaining an organized and clean cash wrap area.
7. Assist in maintaining store appearance and organization, including restocking merchandise, cleaning displays, and keeping the sales floor neat and tidy.
8. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals, sharing knowledge and techniques to drive sales and improve performance.
9. Attend training and development sessions to continually enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
