  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of retail operations, including store management, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  2. Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  3. Train and supervise retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for action.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
  6. Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations, including safety and security protocols.
  7. Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure operational standards are being met.
  8. Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to ensure product availability and minimize stock shortages.
  9. Communicate with upper management to provide updates on store performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and proactively suggest new ideas and initiatives to drive business growth.
  11. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
  12. Handle customer escalations and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store events and promotions.
  14. Create and maintain operational manuals and training materials for new and existing stores.
  15. Collaborate with the HR team to hire, train, and develop new and existing retail employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Retail Management: A Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In The Fashion Or Eyewear Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Foster A Positive Work Culture.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Employees, And Senior Management, Both Verbally And In Writing.

  • Analytical And Strategic Thinking: The Ability To Analyze Sales Data, Identify Trends, And Develop Strategies To Improve Store Performance.
