- Oversee and manage all aspects of retail operations, including store management, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Train and supervise retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for action.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations, including safety and security protocols.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure operational standards are being met.
- Manage inventory levels and ordering processes to ensure product availability and minimize stock shortages.
- Communicate with upper management to provide updates on store performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and proactively suggest new ideas and initiatives to drive business growth.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store events and promotions.
- Create and maintain operational manuals and training materials for new and existing stores.
- Collaborate with the HR team to hire, train, and develop new and existing retail employees.
Experience In Retail Management: A Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In The Fashion Or Eyewear Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Foster A Positive Work Culture.
Excellent Communication Skills: Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Employees, And Senior Management, Both Verbally And In Writing.
Analytical And Strategic Thinking: The Ability To Analyze Sales Data, Identify Trends, And Develop Strategies To Improve Store Performance.
