As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service, managing inventory and sales targets, and leading a team of dedicated retail associates.   1. Oversee day-to-day operations of all retail stores, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
  2. Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided by all retail staff.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure products are adequately stocked at all times.
  5. Train and supervise retail staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  6. Create and maintain a positive and engaging work environment for retail employees.
  7. Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and make strategic decisions for improving store performance.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and merchandising, to develop and implement effective retail strategies.
  9. Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the retail operations.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  12. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  13. Work with the HR department to recruit, hire, and train new retail staff.
  14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to retail staff.
  15. Manage and monitor store budgets and expenses.
  16. Collaborate with the finance department to develop and track sales and financial reports.
  17. Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed in the stores.
  18. Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company at events and meetings.
  19. Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  20. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of retail operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Position, Preferably In The Fashion Or Eyewear Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Employees.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Achieving Targets Through Effective Store Operations And Customer Service Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Adapt To A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Retail Environment.
