- Oversee day-to-day operations of all retail stores, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided by all retail staff.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Work with the HR department to recruit, hire, and train new retail staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to retail staff.
- Manage and monitor store budgets and expenses.
- Collaborate with the finance department to develop and track sales and financial reports.
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed in the stores.
- Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company at events and meetings.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of retail operations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Position, Preferably In The Fashion Or Eyewear Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Employees.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Achieving Targets Through Effective Store Operations And Customer Service Management.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Adapt To A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Retail Environment.
