  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of all retail stores, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve store performance and customer experience.
  3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Create and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency across all stores.
  5. Train and develop store managers and staff on operational processes and procedures.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and merchandising, to drive business objectives and initiatives.
  7. Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Manage inventory levels and work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
  9. Monitor and maintain store budgets, including payroll and expenses, to meet financial targets.
  10. Analyze and report on store and employee performance to senior management.
  11. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving any operational issues and providing exceptional customer service.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve retail operations.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for all store employees.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
