- Create and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency across all stores.

- Monitor and maintain store budgets, including payroll and expenses, to meet financial targets.
- Analyze and report on store and employee performance to senior management.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving any operational issues and providing exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve retail operations.
