- Manage day-to-day operations: Ensure smooth and efficient operations of all retail stores, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service.
- Supervise store employees: Hire, train, and supervise retail staff to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Drive sales and achieve targets: Work with store teams to set and achieve sales targets, monitor performance, and develop strategies to increase sales.
- Maintain store standards: Ensure that all stores are clean, well-organized, and visually appealing, in line with Warby Parker's brand standards.
- Analyze sales data: Use sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
- Problem solve: Address any issues or challenges that may arise in day-to-day operations, and find solutions to ensure the smooth running of the stores.
- Manage inventory: Oversee inventory management processes to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize loss.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Lead by example and provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Ensure compliance: Ensure all stores are compliant with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Monitor and report on store performance: Regularly review store performance and report to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement operational strategies: Continuously assess and improve retail operations processes to drive efficiency and improve the overall customer experience.
- Train and develop staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for store employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Budget management: Manage the budget for all retail operations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and best practices to inform decision-making and stay ahead of the curve.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Operations, Preferably In A Management Role.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team.
Knowledge Of Retail Industry Trends, Customer Service Best Practices, And Inventory Management.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Adapt To A Fast-Paced And Constantly Changing Environment.
