Job Description

Hey there! We're on the lookout for a highly motivated and organized Retail Operations Manager to join our Warby Parker team. As the Retail Operations Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail stores. From inventory management to staff training and development, you'll be the go-to person for all things retail operations. We're looking for someone with a strong background in retail management and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.   1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of all retail stores.
  2. Develop and implement efficient operational processes and procedures to ensure smooth store operations.
  3. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and receiving products.
  4. Train, coach, and develop retail staff to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
  5. Create and maintain schedules for retail staff to ensure adequate coverage.
  6. Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  7. Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvements and adjustments.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and merchandising, to implement promotions and drive sales.
  9. Manage and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve retail operations.
  11. Monitor and control expenses to ensure store profitability.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  13. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to retail staff.
  14. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  15. Create and maintain operational reports for senior management.
  16. Conduct regular meetings with store managers to discuss performance and address any concerns.
  17. Act as a liaison between retail stores and corporate headquarters.
  18. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
  19. Uphold company values and promote a positive work culture within retail stores.
  20. Represent the company at events and conferences, as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Retail Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, Including Hiring, Training, And Development.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Sales Analysis, And Customer Service Strategies.
