- Oversee the daily operations of all Warby Parker retail stores, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store productivity, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Train, coach, and mentor retail store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze store performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Create and maintain store schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet customer demand and operational needs.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely and accurate stock replenishment.
- Work closely with the visual merchandising team to maintain attractive and on-brand store displays.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute promotional events and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for any customer or employee issues that arise, resolving them promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operations and provide feedback to store managers and teams.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall retail experience.
- Participate in hiring and onboarding of new store managers and team members.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners and organizations to support Warby Parker's mission.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to inform business decisions.
Previous Experience: A Successful Candidate For The Retail Operations Manager Position At Warby Parker Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Retail Industry. This Experience Should Showcase Their Ability To Manage Operations, Drive Sales, And Lead A Team.
