  1. Oversee the daily operations of all Warby Parker retail stores, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve store productivity, sales, and customer satisfaction.
  3. Train, coach, and mentor retail store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  4. Monitor and analyze store performance data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Create and maintain store schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet customer demand and operational needs.
  6. Manage inventory levels and ensure timely and accurate stock replenishment.
  7. Work closely with the visual merchandising team to maintain attractive and on-brand store displays.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute promotional events and initiatives.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
  10. Act as a point of contact for any customer or employee issues that arise, resolving them promptly and professionally.
  11. Conduct regular store visits to assess operations and provide feedback to store managers and teams.
  12. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall retail experience.
  13. Participate in hiring and onboarding of new store managers and team members.
  14. Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners and organizations to support Warby Parker's mission.
  15. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to inform business decisions.

Job Qualifications
