3. Conduct thorough eye exams and measurements to ensure accurate prescription and fit for customers.
4. Educate customers on our products, services, and promotions to help them make informed decisions.
5. Recommend and upsell additional products and services, such as coatings and lens options, to enhance the customer's experience.
6. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all displays and products are properly stocked and presented.
7. Process and complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
