As an Optical Keyholder, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to all Warby Parker customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience and building strong customer relationships.
  2. Serve as a knowledgeable resource on all Warby Parker products and services, including frame and lens options, pricing, and promotions.
  3. Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering new products, and conducting regular inventory counts.
  4. Ensure the smooth operation of the store by opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
  5. Train and supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting Warby Parker’s high standards of customer service.
  6. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in the optical industry, and share this knowledge with team members and customers.
  8. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet store targets.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for Warby Parker, promoting our mission and values and creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety protocols and visual merchandising guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Optical Products: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Warby Parker's Optical Products, Including Lenses, Frames, And Accessories.

  • Customer Service Skills: As A Keyholder, You Will Be Responsible For Assisting Customers With Their Optical Needs. Strong Customer Service Skills, Such As Communication, Problem-Solving, And Patience, Are Essential For This Role.

  • Leadership Experience: The Keyholder Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Store And Its Employees During Their Shifts. Previous Experience In A Leadership Role, Such As A Supervisor Or Manager, Is Preferred.

  • Attention To Detail: The Keyholder Will Be Responsible For Ensuring The Store's Inventory Is Accurate And That All Products Are Displayed Correctly. Attention To Detail Is Crucial To Maintaining The Store's Appearance And Organization.

  • Flexibility And Availability: Warby Parker Stores Are Open Seven Days A Week, And Keyholders May Be Required To Work Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Flexible Schedule And Be Available To Work During These Times.
