- Provide exceptional customer service to all Warby Parker customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience and building strong customer relationships.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on all Warby Parker products and services, including frame and lens options, pricing, and promotions.
- Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering new products, and conducting regular inventory counts.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the store by opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
- Train and supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting Warby Parker’s high standards of customer service.

Customer Service Skills: As A Keyholder, You Will Be Responsible For Assisting Customers With Their Optical Needs. Strong Customer Service Skills, Such As Communication, Problem-Solving, And Patience, Are Essential For This Role.
Leadership Experience: The Keyholder Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Store And Its Employees During Their Shifts. Previous Experience In A Leadership Role, Such As A Supervisor Or Manager, Is Preferred.
