Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Optical Keyholder at Warby Parker. As a Keyholder, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of our store and providing exceptional customer service.   1. Manage store operations: As an Optical Keyholder, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. This includes opening and closing the store, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring the store is clean and well-organized.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service: You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to every customer that walks through our doors. This includes assisting customers with product selection, answering any questions they may have, and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
  3. Train and supervise staff: As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for training and supervising other staff members. This includes delegating tasks, providing feedback, and ensuring that all team members are following company policies and procedures.

This includes maintaining visual merchandising standards, adhering to pricing and promotional strategies, and following all safety protocols.
  5. Manage inventory: You will be responsible for managing inventory levels and ensuring that all products are properly stocked and displayed. This includes monitoring sales trends, placing reorders, and conducting regular inventory counts.
  6. Act as a brand ambassador: As an Optical Keyholder, you will be representing our brand and promoting our products and services. This includes staying up-to-date on product knowledge, attending training sessions, and participating in company events.
  7. Handle cash and perform administrative tasks: You will be responsible for handling cash transactions, processing returns and exchanges, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
  8. Maintain a positive and professional work environment: It is important that you maintain a positive and professional work environment for both customers and team members. Job Qualifications
