  1. Oversee the daily operations of the optical department and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Train, mentor, and coach team members to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of performance.
  3. Develop and implement training programs to continuously improve the knowledge and skills of the team.
  4. Monitor and track sales goals, analyze data, and make necessary adjustments to achieve targets.
  5. Keep up-to-date with the latest eyewear and fashion trends to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
  6. Manage inventory and ensure that all products are properly displayed and stocked.
  7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  11. Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members.
  12. Maintain a positive and motivating work environment for the team.
