As an Optical Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in creating an outstanding customer experience while supporting and leading our team of optical associates.   • Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Lead and support a team of optical associates, providing guidance, training, and feedback to promote a positive and productive work environment
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring all necessary supplies and products are available for patient and customer needs
  • Assist with scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operation of the optical department
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all Warby Parker products and services, and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers and team members
  • Utilize optical equipment and tools to accurately measure and record patient prescriptions, as well as assist with frame selection and fittings
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive overall customer experience
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and suggest ideas to enhance the optical department and customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and share this knowledge with the team to ensure a high level of expertise and service.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In The Optical Industry: A Strong Understanding Of The Optical Retail Environment And Experience In Sales, Customer Service, And Managing A Team Is Essential For This Role.

  • Proven Leadership Skills: The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team, Set Goals, And Drive Results Is Crucial For Success As An Optical Assistant Manager.
