In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of our supply chain and logistics operations. - Develop and implement logistics strategies and processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations.
- Oversee the entire supply chain process, from sourcing materials to delivering finished products to customers.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers, carriers, and other logistics partners to ensure competitive rates and timely delivery.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, shipping costs, and delivery times to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the supply chain.
- Train, mentor, and supervise logistics team members to ensure high-quality work and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, carriers, and internal departments, to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in logistics technology to continually improve processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards related to supply chain and logistics operations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain and logistics performance to senior management.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Logistics Management, Preferably In The Retail Or E-Commerce Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Logistics Professionals.
Extensive Knowledge Of Transportation And Distribution Systems, Including Experience Working With Carriers And Freight Forwarders.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities, With A Track Record Of Optimizing Supply Chain Processes And Reducing Costs.
