- Manage and oversee all aspects of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management processes for the company.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers by coordinating with shipping carriers and monitoring delivery schedules.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations and drive cost savings.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock is available to meet customer demand.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure alignment and efficient processes.
- Oversee and manage the logistics budget, including negotiating contracts with shipping carriers and warehouse providers.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, including tracking shipments, managing inventory levels, and analyzing transportation costs.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or delays in the supply chain, and work to implement solutions to prevent them from occurring in the future.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics management, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Train and develop team members to ensure efficient and effective execution of logistics processes.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure smooth logistics operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics and transportation.
- Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Logistics Management, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Inventory Management, Transportation, And Distribution.
Excellent Organizational And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Logistical Problems.
Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
