Warby Parker is searching for a highly motivated and organized Logistics Manager to join our team! As a Logistics Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations for our growing company.   1. Oversee Supply Chain and Distribution Processes: The Logistics Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our supply chain and distribution operations. This includes overseeing the sourcing, transportation, and delivery of products to our customers.
  2. Ensure Smooth and Efficient Operations: The primary responsibility of the Logistics Manager is to ensure that all logistics processes are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks that may arise in the supply chain.
  3. Lead and Manage a Team: The Logistics Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of logistics and warehouse staff. This includes providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that team members are performing at their best.
  4. Collaborate with Other Departments: The Logistics Manager will work closely with other departments such as purchasing, marketing, and customer service to ensure that all logistics processes are aligned with the overall business objectives.
  5. Develop and Implement Strategies: The Logistics Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain and distribution processes.   8. Ensure Compliance with Regulations: The Logistics Manager will stay up-to-date on all relevant regulations and ensure that our logistics operations are fully compliant with all laws and regulations.
  9. Develop and Manage Budget: The Logistics Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the logistics budget, ensuring that all expenses are within budget and identifying opportunities for cost savings.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Logistics And Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Retail Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Logistics Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Supply Chain Best Practices, Transportation Regulations, And Inventory Management Techniques.
