  1. Oversee the entire supply chain process, from sourcing and procurement to delivery and distribution.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of logistics operations.
  3. Manage a team of logistics coordinators, providing guidance, training, and support.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demand.
  5. Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with suppliers and transportation providers.
  6. Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as purchasing, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  9. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for logistics processes.
  10. Identify and implement new technologies and systems to improve efficiency and automate processes.
  11. Conduct regular audits and inspections of warehouses and transportation vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
  13. Communicate and coordinate with international suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products.
  14. Prepare and manage logistics budgets and forecast expenses.
  15. Act as a mentor and coach to team members, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture.
