  1. Oversee all aspects of the company's supply chain and logistics operations.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize and streamline the supply chain process.
  3. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate and timely stock replenishment.
  4. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  5. Monitor and analyze transportation costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and negotiate favorable rates.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align logistics operations with overall business objectives.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements in all logistics activities.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, warehouses, and other logistics partners.
  9. Resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain and implement corrective actions.
  10. Use data and analytics to identify inefficiencies and develop solutions to improve logistics processes.
  11. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure logistics performance.
  12. Train and supervise logistics team members to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve logistics operations.
  14. Collaborate with the finance team to manage logistics budget and expenses.
  15. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on logistics operations and address any concerns or issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Logistics Or Supply Chain Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Transportation, Warehousing, And Inventory Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing And Optimizing Logistics Processes To Drive Efficiency And Cost Savings.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
