- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure product integrity during transportation and storage.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, carriers, and internal teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in logistics technology to continuously improve processes and operations.
- Train and develop team members to ensure a high-performing and cohesive logistics team.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for all logistics processes.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
- Identify and troubleshoot any potential supply chain disruptions or issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to logistics and transport.
- Regularly report on logistics performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Logistics Or Supply Chain Management Role, Preferably In The Retail Or E-Commerce Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Transportation, Warehousing, And Inventory Management Principles.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
Proficient In Logistics Software And Technology, Such As Warehouse Management Systems And Transportation Management Systems.
