HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist at Warby Parker, you’ll be a key member of our People team, responsible for a wide range of HR-related duties. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for making a positive impact in the workplace. You’ll be a valuable source of support to our employees, working to create an amazing employee experience and support the overall success of Warby Parker.The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, and at least three years of HR experience. You should be an excellent communicator, with a strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You should also be highly organized, with the ability to think strategically and independently.
