HR Generalist

At Warby Parker, we are looking for an HR Generalist who will be a key contributor to the Human Resources team and will play an important role in helping us build a great organization. The HR Generalist must be committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment and providing exceptional service and support to our employees.To be successful in this role, the HR Generalist must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Additionally, they must have at least three years of relevant experience in an HR role, preferably in a technology-focused organization. The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of employment laws, a strong customer service orientation, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They must also be comfortable working with remote teams and have the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
