- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's mission and values.
- Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to senior management on all matters related to HR.
- Ensure compliance with all HR laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Partner with department heads to identify and address employee development needs and opportunities.
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and develop action plans based on the results.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions, concerns, and issues.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external HR partners, such as benefits providers and recruitment agencies.
- Organize and facilitate trainings and workshops on various HR topics, such as diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and compliance.
- Oversee the performance evaluation process and provide guidance to managers on setting and achieving goals.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends in HR to continuously improve and innovate our HR processes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to continuously improve the employee experience and foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Business Partner Role
