11. Oversee the performance evaluation process and provide guidance to managers on setting and achieving goals.
12. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
13. Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends in HR to continuously improve and innovate our HR processes.
14. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure data integrity.
15. Collaborate with other HR team members to continuously improve the employee experience and foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
