As an HR Business Partner, you will be a key strategic partner to our business leaders, helping to shape and drive our people strategy in alignment with our company's goals and culture. - Develop and implement strategic HR plans and initiatives that align with the company's goals and culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on all people-related matters.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and inclusivity.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent, while ensuring a diverse and inclusive recruitment process.
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies, including career development programs and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
- Conduct performance management and talent review processes, identifying areas for development and creating plans for employee growth.
- Lead and support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace for all employees.
- Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and legislation, ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Manage and resolve employee conflicts and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement company-wide policies and procedures.
- Partner with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver training programs that support employee development and growth.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Hr, With At Least 2 Years In A Business Partner Or Strategic Hr Role
Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies, Initiatives, And Programs That Align With Business Goals And Drive Results.
