We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our growing team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be a key strategic partner to our business leaders, helping to shape and drive our people strategy in alignment with our company's goals and culture. We are looking for someone who is passionate about building and supporting a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing workforce.   1. Develop and implement strategic HR plans and initiatives that align with the company's goals and culture.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on all people-related matters.
  3. Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and inclusivity.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent, while ensuring a diverse and inclusive recruitment process.
  5. Develop and implement employee retention strategies, including career development programs and employee engagement initiatives.
  6. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
  7. Conduct performance management and talent review processes, identifying areas for development and creating plans for employee growth.
  8. Lead and support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace for all employees.
  9. Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and legislation, ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  10. Manage and resolve employee conflicts and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement company-wide policies and procedures.
  12. Partner with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver training programs that support employee development and growth.
  13. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
  15. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Hr, With At Least 2 Years In A Business Partner Or Strategic Hr Role

  • Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies, Initiatives, And Programs That Align With Business Goals And Drive Results.
