In this role, you will be a strategic partner to our business leaders, providing guidance and support in all areas of human resources.   1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall goals and mission of Warby Parker.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to business leaders, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
  3. Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  4. Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process to ensure the hiring of qualified and diverse candidates.
  5. Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  6. Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  7. Ensure compliance with all HR laws, regulations, and policies, and proactively identify and address any potential risks.
  8. Manage and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Partner with the compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive and fair compensation packages for employees.
  10. Identify and analyze HR trends and metrics to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Oversee and manage HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  14. Collaborate with the community engagement team to support and promote Warby Parker's philanthropic efforts.
  15. Continuously strive to uphold Warby Parker's values and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In An Hr Role, With A Focus On Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Talent Acquisition.

  • Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations, With Experience In Implementing And Enforcing Hr Policies And Procedures.

  • Experience In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects And Initiatives Simultaneously.
