- Proactively identify and address potential HR issues and risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Retail Or Customer Service Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Ada, Fmla, And Eeo.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies That Align With Business Goals And Objectives.
