Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Hr, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Retail Or E-Commerce Environment.
Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Employment Laws And Regulations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Experience In Talent Management, Employee Relations, And Performance Management.
