Job Description

Warby Parker is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team.   1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values.
  2. Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and address HR needs and challenges.
  3. Advise and support managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  5. Facilitate the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing.
  6. Conduct new employee orientations and provide onboarding support.
  7. Collaborate with the training and development team to identify and address employee learning and development needs.
  8. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations and conflict resolution.
  9. Manage employee performance and development, including conducting performance evaluations and creating individual development plans.
  10. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Participate in the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  12. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  13. Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies.
  14. Build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with tact and discretion.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field: A Hr Business Partner At Warby Parker Should Have A Strong Foundation In Hr Principles And Practices, Which Is Typically Gained Through A Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field.

  • Prior Experience In Hr Or A Related Role: Warby Parker Would Prefer Candidates With Prior Experience In Hr Or A Related Role, As It Demonstrates Their Understanding Of Hr Functions And Their Ability To Handle Various Hr Responsibilities.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Hr Business Partner, One Would Be Expected To Interact With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Building Relationships And Effectively Resolving Conflicts.

  • Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations: Warby Parker Would Expect A Hr Business Partner To Have A Solid Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Such As Equal Employment Opportunity (Eeo) And Fair Labor Standards Act (Flsa), To Ensure Compliance And Mitigate Legal Risks.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: Hr Business Partners At Warby Parker Are Responsible For Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies To Support The Company's Goals.
