- Conduct new employee orientations and provide onboarding support.

- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with tact and discretion.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field: A Hr Business Partner At Warby Parker Should Have A Strong Foundation In Hr Principles And Practices, Which Is Typically Gained Through A Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field.
Prior Experience In Hr Or A Related Role: Warby Parker Would Prefer Candidates With Prior Experience In Hr Or A Related Role, As It Demonstrates Their Understanding Of Hr Functions And Their Ability To Handle Various Hr Responsibilities.
