  1. Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's mission and goals.
  2. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture through various initiatives and programs.
  3. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR related matters.
  4. Partner with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
  5. Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance and support for employee development.
  6. Ensure compliance with all HR policies and regulations.
  7. Conduct investigations and provide guidance on employee relations issues.
  8. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations to improve employee engagement and retention.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  10. Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  11. Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve HR processes and policies.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and projects.
  13. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  14. Partner with the learning and development team to provide training and development opportunities for employees.
  15. Participate in the recruitment process, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
  16. Support the implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  17. Communicate and educate employees on company policies, procedures, and benefits.
  18. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  19. Continuously strive to improve the employee experience and ensure a positive work environment.
  20. Act as a brand ambassador for Warby Parker, promoting the company's values and culture both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr, With A Focus On Employee Relations And Talent Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence At All Levels Of The Organization.
