  1. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via various channels (phone, email, chat, social media).
  2. Build strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs, showing empathy, and providing personalized solutions.
  3. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Warby Parker products, policies, and procedures in order to accurately and efficiently assist customers.
  4. Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalations with a positive and professional attitude.
  5. Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor at all times, representing the Warby Parker brand and values.
  6. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  7. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues, while proactively seeking opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
  8. Accurately document customer interactions and keep detailed records of customer inquiries and resolutions.
  9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers and provide product recommendations.
  10. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
  11. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, supporting and encouraging fellow team members.
  13. Attend training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including privacy and security protocols, to maintain customer confidentiality.
