  1. Greet and welcome customers to Warby Parker in a warm and friendly manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Act as the first point of contact for customers, representing the brand and its values.
  4. Assist customers in finding the perfect pair of glasses by understanding their needs and preferences.
  5. Educate customers about Warby Parker's products, services, and policies.
  6. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
  8. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  9. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company updates, and industry trends.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales and customer service goals.
  11. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
  12. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve customer service skills.
  13. Uphold company standards and policies, including but not limited to, customer privacy and data protection.
  14. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  15. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
