  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and anticipating their needs.
  3. Assist customers in selecting and trying on glasses, providing guidance and recommendations as needed.
  4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including payments and insurance claims.
  5. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, via phone, email, or in person.
  6. Maintain a thorough knowledge of Warby Parker products, services, and policies.
  7. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  9. Keep the store and displays clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  10. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  11. Uphold the company's brand image and values in all interactions with customers.
  12. Contribute to the overall success of the store by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the customer experience.
  14. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining customer records.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Customer Experience Associate Should Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Address Their Needs And Concerns.

This Includes Maintaining Accurate Records, Following Up On Customer Requests, And Ensuring That All Customer Information Is Properly Documented.
