- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including payments and insurance claims.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, via phone, email, or in person.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Warby Parker products, services, and policies.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Keep the store and displays clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
