Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Customer Experience Advisor to join the Warby Parker team! As a Customer Experience Advisor, you’ll be an integral part of our customer service team, providing exceptional service and support to our customers. You’ll help ensure our customers have the best possible experience with Warby Parker, while also providing solutions to their inquiries and problems.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as a knack for problem solving. You should be outgoing and friendly, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Experience with a customer service ticketing system and knowledge of the eyewear industry is a plus! If you have the drive to deliver a great customer experience, we want to hear from you.
