We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Customer Experience Advisor to join the Warby Parker team! As an integral part of our Customer Experience team, you’ll bring your expertise in delivering outstanding customer service to every interaction. You’ll need to be a problem-solver who is driven by a commitment to service excellence, while demonstrating a friendly, professional attitude and excellent communication skills.To be successful in this role, you’ll need proven experience in customer service, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. You should also be comfortable navigating multiple systems and have exceptional problem-solving skills. You must be comfortable with a fast-paced environment and be able to think quickly on your feet.
