Job Description

We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Advisor to join our team at Warby Parker. The ideal candidate will take pride in providing our customers with best-in-class service, and have a passion for exceeding expectations.The Customer Experience Advisor will be the voice of Warby Parker, and will be responsible for engaging with customers through a variety of channels, including our website, emails, and phone calls. To be successful in this role, you must be an excellent communicator, have a strong sense of customer service and an eye for detail.We’re looking for someone with a friendly and approachable personality who can build trust and relationships quickly. You must be comfortable working with a variety of people and have an innate ability to problem solve. You’ll have a knack for staying organized and juggling multiple tasks, and will be comfortable working with databases and computer programs.Are you the perfect fit for this role?
