If you are passionate about helping customers, have an eye for details, and have a knack for problem-solving, Warby Parker is looking for you to join our team as a Customer Experience Advisor. As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be the go-to person for our customers, providing knowledgeable and helpful service and advice. You will also be responsible for resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner.The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and excellent interpersonal skills. You should be able to think on your feet and offer creative solutions to customer inquiries. A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction is a must. You should have a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Additionally, you should be computer literate, have experience with customer service software and be comfortable using technology. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!
