Creative Director

Our team at Warby Parker is looking for a Creative Director to join us and help us create unique and inspiring visuals that capture the spirit of our brand. We’re looking for a team player who can work collaboratively with our in-house design and marketing teams while also leading external creative agencies. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating innovative and impactful campaigns that will help us reach our goals.Qualifications:• 8+ years of experience in creative direction and design, preferably in the fashion/lifestyle industry• A portfolio showcasing a range of creative campaigns, from concept to completion• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills• Proven ability to manage external creative resources and agencies• Knowledge of print and digital production processes• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once• Understanding of latest trends in design, technology, and marketing• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, or related field
